In all cases, (Renewal or New Applicant) the application MUST be accompanied by a letter from the Agency's Chief Executive attesting: The individual is employed by, contracted directly with or volunteers with, a county, municipality, and special district, or state agency with the responsibility to conduct fire plan reviews and/or inspections for the Agency. The individual has the proper qualifications (knowledge, skills and ability) to conduct fire code plan reviews and/or inspections at the level of the application submitted.

Application Information
Renewals require 1.5 CEUs. 1.0 CEUs are rewarded for a current ICC/NFPA Cert, 0.3 CEUs are rewarded for continuous work with an agency (agency letter) an additional 0.2 relevant to the field as indicated in 8 CCR 1507-101 4.2.5.2 B

Fee is calculated based on Qualification selection above.
New and Renewal reciprocity applicants will pay $25. All other New and Renewal applicants will pay $75.
