In all cases, (Renewal or New Applicant) the application MUST be accompanied by a letter from the Agency's Chief Executive attesting: The individual is employed by, contracted directly with or volunteers with, a county, municipality, and special district, or state agency with the responsibility to conduct fire plan reviews and/or inspections for the Agency. The individual has the proper qualifications (knowledge, skills and ability) to conduct fire code plan reviews and/or inspections at the level of the application submitted.
