In accordance with Section 24-72-205 (6) (b), C.R.S., the maximum hourly fee for research and retrieval of public documents is $41.37 per hour. There is an additional cost of $0.25 per printed page for regular paper copies of information (an additional cost may apply for larger non standard paper sizes).

There is no charge for the first hour of time spent to research and retrieve records.

We will contact you with a time estimate to complete a request prior to starting work. If a you agree to the cost (if one is incurred) we will complete the work upon your agreement to the costs associated with the request.
