Fire Instructor of the Year

The Fire Instructor of the Year Award recognizes excellence in fire service training in the State of Colorado. Any Instructor involved in the training of fire service personnel is eligible. Nominations are due to the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control (DFPC) by 5:00 PM on Friday, July 12th, 2024. All nominations must be received by this date. Late, incomplete or illegible applications will not be accepted. Information contained in the application may be reproduced by DFPC. Anonymous applications will not be accepted. 

Please contact DFPC Section Chief Lisa Pine to confirm receipt of your application. This form will  generate and email a copy of your submission upon completion.
