$35 for Firefighter or $70 for Firefighter and Driver Operator

Course Description:
This is the initial proctor certification course for obtaining a state Firefighter or Driver Operator
Proctor card for practical exams. This course also serves as a refresher for proctor renewals.

Course Requirements:
• Must hold a current valid State Firefighter certification.
• Driver Operator Course - Must hold current Driver Operator or higher State Certification.

Materials to bring to DO Class ONLY:
• Please bring a 25 ft. and 100 ft. measuring tape for use during practical set up.
• Photo ID
